Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship
We currently ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes via our courier partners. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
- You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
3. Delivery timelines
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier-2 / Tier-3 cities: 4–6 business days
- Remote & North-East locations: 6–10 business days
Delivery times are indicative. Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, courier issues or events beyond our control.
4. Shipping charges
- Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
- We may offer free shipping on orders above a stated threshold from time to time.
- Cash on Delivery (where available) may carry an additional handling fee, also shown at checkout.
5. Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also email support@sanchaynutrition.com with your order ID for an update.
6. Undelivered or returned shipments
If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment. Re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and contents. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for next steps.
