Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when you can cancel an order, return a product, and how refunds are processed.

1. Order cancellation

  • You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched, free of charge, by emailing support@sanchaynutrition.com with your order ID.
  • Once the order is dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — please follow the return process below.

2. Returns

Because our products are consumable nutrition supplements, we accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or has a broken seal on arrival.
  • The wrong product was shipped.
  • The product is past its expiry date or close to expiry on delivery.

To raise a return request, email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@sanchaynutrition.com with your order ID, a description of the issue, and photos/videos of the product and packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they fall under the cases above.

3. Return shipping

If the return is due to our error (damage, defect, wrong item), we arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you. If a reverse pickup is not serviceable at your PIN code, we will reimburse reasonable return-shipping charges against proof.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank processing times may add a few additional days.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI — we will request your account details over a secure channel.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacements

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund (and the same product is in stock), we are happy to ship one at no extra cost.

6. Non-returnable items

  • Opened or partially consumed products (except where damaged/defective on arrival).
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Gift cards.
